Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline

We prioritize the health of our tubers above all else. Shipping typically begins in late spring once the threat of freezing temperatures has subsided in both our region and yours. Please note that shipping dates are approximate and subject to change based on current weather patterns and crop readiness.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed in the order they are received, though we reserve the right to adjust the shipping schedule to ensure the safest transit conditions. You will receive a notification once your package has been prepared for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We utilize major carriers to deliver our tubers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may include handling fees. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or "porch piracy."

Arrival & Quality

Tubers are living entities and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If you have concerns regarding the condition of your order, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24–48 hours) of delivery.

  • We guarantee that tubers will have at least one visible "eye" or the potential to sprout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for tuber failure due to improper storage, poor planting techniques, or unfavorable weather conditions after they have left our care.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of tubers, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we want you to have a successful dahlia season!
