1. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order with Nature's Creations by Rebecca, you agree to pay the full price of the items selected plus any applicable shipping and taxes. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock inaccuracies or crop failure.

2. Shipping and Delivery

• Timing: Tubers are shipped seasonally when temperatures are safe for transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

• Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

3. Tuber Quality and Guarantee

• Claims: Any issues regarding the condition of your tubers must be reported via email to naturescreationsbyrebecca@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with accompanying photos.

• Growth: Because gardening involves variables beyond our control (weather, soil quality, pests, and storage), we cannot guarantee the performance of the plant once it has been planted.

4. Substitutions and Refunds

In the event of a crop failure or inventory error, we will contact you to offer a substitution of equal value or a refund for the missing item. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nature's Creations by Rebecca is not liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of the specific item in question. We are not responsible for any secondary losses
